APPLICATION FORMS TO JOIN CHILTERN YOUTH LEAGUE 2017 - 2018

Please note that time is fast approaching for teams to begin registering with the Chiltern Youth Football League for the 2017 - 2018 season!

​Application forms will automatically be emailed to all member clubs currently playing in the CYFL towards the end of April 2017; those clubs who are interested in joining the CYFL are asked to register their interest initially with the General League Secretary - Jonathan Brown, who will advise further on the next steps.

​Completed application forms are required to be submitted to the General League Secretary - Jonathan Brown, by Wednesday 31st May 2017.
